            These shingles have a great look to them! Three dimensional asphalt shingles come in two standard design options: 3-Tab Shingles  and Architectural (3-Dimensional) Shingles. 3-Tab are generally flat simple shingles that have a  uniform shape and size. 3-Tab shingles use less material than Architectural Dimensional Shingles, and as a result are lighter and lower cost for both installation labor and material expenses. They're also thinner, and will not last nearly as long as 3-dimensional shingles.    3-Tab shingles are  most commonly installed in lower-value homes, such as rental properties.  The declining trend in popularity shows people are much more in favor of Architectural 3-Dimensional Shingles.

              Dimensional, or Architectural Shingles are stronger and more durable.   They offer a higher degree of aesthetic appeal. However, their appeal comes at a price.  They're more expensive to install, and the trade off is that it comes with longer manufacturer's warranties (in some cases, up to 50 Years).
